Helena Collins
Helena Collins has been in the fitness industry for 26 years — and yes, she’ll admit she was known to rock the pink spandex leotard back in the day. These days, though, she’s at the helm of Back Bay’s elite Synergistics Personal Training Studio, which she founded with her husband in 1997. Collins and her team of trainers combine movement, weight
training, martial arts, Pilates, and more, to give clients a thorough, personalized workout experience. Not one to rest on her laurels, Collins is currently shopping for some Financial District studio space to cater to those overworked stockbroker types, and she’s about to launch her Life in Synergy DVD series, which is coupled with an online component. We’re getting thinner just thinking about it.
