And Earle is on the rise: his bakery-style Newbury Street shop, which opened last year, is a far cry from his former business model: selling shirts out of his beat-up ’89 Toyota. This summer, look for Earle-designed sneakers, handbags, new Ts served up in rolling pins, hand-numbered silkscreen posters, and a limited-edition Cupcakes pirate line. Sweet, indeed.
