Describe Boston’s nightlife scene: I think it’s just right. It’s not like New York; New York is a little too much. I’ve partied in cities like Amsterdam, Rome, and New York, and [there’s] almost no end to the night. I always consider Boston like a mini New York; where[as] New York is too much, Boston’s just right.
What do you like best about this bar? The sophisticated people that come in here. The atmosphere, definitely.

What qualities do you look for in a great bar? Atmosphere, first off. People. Hours, definitely good hours. Like, the 10 o’clock bars, I’m done with [them].
