How often do you go out? Pretty much every time I work, so I would say four times a week.
Who’s your favorite bartender? Dave Stuart. He’s my boss [at Sage].
What qualities do you look for in a great bar? Competent staff, easygoing atmosphere, good drinks, straightforward bar menu.
What’s your drink of choice? Tequila and High Life, preferably El Tesoro tequila.
What drink do you avoid? Cosmos.
Who’s your favorite drinking buddy, and why? My husband, because he drinks the same things I drink, and we know each other’s limits. He takes me home when the lights come on.
